I’ve felt like I’ve been in a semi-coma for 2 years but for some reason I feel a lot better and optomistic. I’m not sure what’s going to happen with Stand Up, but I know a couple of things that I do want to do. This week I’m only doing one podcast and we’ll continue that for the rest of January. I do feel healthier, I’m sleeping , walking and losing weight…….I don’t want to be this big in my 60’s…..But for now its all good, I’ve got my goals down with the emphasis………Just being Happy….nothing else………Love you Motherfuckers!!!!!
