Satoshi Kon's Opus was great also Magnetic Rose is a masterpiece, another film The Beast (1988) is a hidden gem.

If I remember right, Ice Age also borrows the plot from/is inspired by 3 Godfathers. Maybe you’d enjoy listening to Ray Romano and John Leguizamo more 🤭 (animation’s not as good tho)
