I know that Joe said he was going to watch some Studio Ghibli films. I don't know if you've already watched Spirited Away, but last year Fathom Events showed the live on stage version in theaters and it's now on HBO Max. I absolutely loved it when I saw it in theaters last year. The sets, costumes, and effects were all incredible. It's all in Japanese, so you don't to worry about weird dubbing.
