To connect to Discord, go to the subscriber page, then, under "Membership", the section called "Quick links" allows you to both "open server" and "manage Discord access". I believe if you open server, it takes you to Discord but shows "There's no content here" or something like that. I had to hit refresh in order to get the content to show up. I tried clicking on both "open server" again and on "manager Discord access" and kept getting the same "no content" message until I hit refresh, and then lo and behold, everything's here.
