Any good recipe of Raspberry Syrup to make at home for Clover Club? And what we should adjust on recipe to use instead? I feel like with Syrup would be better, last longer than raspberries in the fridge and easier to clean the raspberry leftovers :P

So, you can use pasteurized egg whites from a carton? The reason I’m asking is that I’d like to make a clover club a specialty the next time I can throw a party and cracking an egg for each drink will get old really quickly.
