I doubt it. It might originally have gone to the arbiter. She represents karma in just how much her life is powered by those of her people. Her every action has immediate consequence for a life somewhere. That's karmic. It might also go to Randidly, coz he has worlds and populations tied to him. But he was not there in the original timeline and I doubt him receiving the chalice doesn't bring Pine's full attention onto him. He is an interloper and if pines godhood is legit, any version of pine can tell that
