Pissed? I had to reread to get where you are coming from, in the beginning of this chapter he was just in a bad moon from spending so much points with little immediate benefits pertaining to what he wanted to do(farming).

I don't understand why Randidly is so pissed, people are trying to help him and he is just impatient. Also Neveah is right base stats don't do much at this point, having higher rarities or some way to increase the efficiency of them (like with his first Mille) is more valuable
