Apparently amazon is taking a long time to approve the paper version. It should be coming soon!

I bought the eBook, I would also like the paper version but I can't find it on Amazon. Is it not there or does it not make me buy it from Italy?

Not in love with the VA’s choice to make randidly sound like dermott from the venture bros, but other than that i loved book one and already bought 2 😉
