"but I guess I can bear it since we are getting free time to watch the redemption". Redemption is a somewhat peculiar word choice. It's got such a strong religious association that it takes a bit of time to get. "...free time to watch it being redeemed" might be smoother.

Great chapter! If Raymund’s advisor is Zauna you should put in a hint to show it's her like "Oh, yes. [She's a bit terse, but] I actually think she’s the first Overseer to actually listen to what I am saying about my image". Though that's still pretty vague, just saying "Zauna's a bit terse, but..." might be better. Similarly giving some physical hints about Salazar might help remind readers as it's been uhh...250 chapters? Such as "And [the strange, sometimes stuttering lizard man] seemed much more concerned with his own heroic...". That being said if you've got later scenes where these characters are specifically named and featured then having vague clues might build better to a nostalgic callback/reveal.
