She’s probably a spawn similar to Ystrix herself considering Neveah was born as a pure aether being, as Ystrix was. Sort of how blue eye mutations developed randomly amongst humans at different times perhaps the universe just randomly spit out some new energy beings? Who knows? I sure don’t haha

if i had to guess they were like pine radiating their energy to the surroundings, sooo perhaps in an act of desperation to keep themselves alive they seperated their own being, probably not in the intended way into meaning and life. if im right that worked but im guessing not as intended, since while they did survive... the world seems to be dead and the seperating of self led to war.
