I hear ya on this one Puddles. Personally, I am beginning to understand why crisis and mental health hotlines have seen a anywhere from 300% to 900% increases in call volume. I shudder to think of what the suicide and domestic abuse numbers are doing. Do what you gotta do to keep sane. Video games, reading, writing vacations, obsessively sorting toothpicks, whatever.
