I think people are using the precedent of when Randidly destroyed that nether skill given to him by the System that was hindering him. Made his Nether unstable or whatever. I don't think that using nether from the frontlines would work here though. It's not an automated system that is watching Randidly right now it's a guy that will find fit to destroy Randidly if he finds any Nether whatsoever, regardless of it has his signature or not. He just needs an excuse.

Can someone answer me why can't Randidly travel back to frontlines via teleport key and just get rid of those Aether Mines there and then get back? Or travel inside Alpha Universe and get rid of them there? It is an easy solution no?

Kharon was supposed to catch up with them in 2 hours which was a day or two ago. I can only guess it stopped and let Vye make contact and asses them. So will they send an agent or will Kharon move to them?
