Update Blog & Questionnaire Response
🕑 Added 2023-04-19 15:44:53 +0000 UTCI'm currently in a middle of various family gathering events due to my country's national holidays. But, I've been trying my best to continue the game and the final comic.
UPDATE on GAME:
1) Created dialogue sprites for one new character (she'll appear in the next update)
2) Revised my gameplay scheme for further events and updates
3) Finished writing script for "Linn's 2nd scene"
UPDATE on COMIC:
The comic will have 20 pages with approximately 55-75 images. So far I'm at page 10. It is pivotal for me to finish this side and last comic project this month. I'll be posting it by the end of April 2023.
RESPONSE on QUESTIONNAIRE:
I'm personally in awe that the questionnaire reached 73 responses! 🍓
Having read them all, it's fair to say that the feedbacks are surprising. Some were very wholesome, critical, and on point! Never have I felt so glad to know people like you care about what I'm doing. That being said, I've absorbed all the negative feedback into potential resolutions and analyzed the positive ones into future outcomes. Here are my responses to help guide you see what's the game all about:
(Some are light spoilers, so I'll try to be vague and discreet when I hit one)
1) Will there be more than three maps to roam into? -yes, there will be 4 major areas with dozens of mini maps in each area
2) Has the main story, from beginning to end, even been created yet? -yes, it has
3) Why does the game feel like a tease? -It's because of the story's progression. I've always wanted to make a story that escalates in an acceptable and entertaining way. The eroticism will only go up.
4) Will you do a remake of the game? -No
5) Will Sasha be able to change outfit? -Yes, the mirror in Sasha's house stay hints this feature to be a progressive feature.
6) Will Sasha be able to change costumes that are not her default one? -Yes, she will be able to change costumes based on the events she's having
7) Will there be more features focusing in stats? -No, but there will be progress and escalation in each event
8) Is it possible to update faster? -Yes, it is. All I need to find a sweet spot in my time management
9) Will there be repeatable events with different outfits? -Yes, there will
10) Will Sasha have her own erotic adventures? -Absolutely; All in good time
11) Will Sasha be corrupted as the story goes by? -It depends in how you define "corrupted". Exhibitionism is the main fetish, so you actually already know the answer ❤
12) Will you stop making comics and focus on the game instead? -Yes, I'm currently making my last comic "Wishlist act ii". It'll be my "farewell" to comic making. After that, I'll take a huge hiatus, so I can focus on the game and the game only
13) Will all the fetishes on the questionnaire be inserted in game? -Yes and no
14) Will there be paths in-game that lead to different storylines? -Yes and no. Yes, meaning that there will be virgin and non-virgin option. No, meaning that even if there is an option to change the story in a major way, it'll most likely be headed to a game over.
15) Will the options in-game affect the story in the next? -Yes, but all are aligned.
16) Why are the cutscenes long? -Because the main story is still in its early phase. After this version, long cutscenes will only be available after reaching required stats.
17) What will the gameplay be like? -Now that the main story's beginning has almost reached its completion, the main gameplay will be Sasha having her "slice of life" by doing various quests. She'll gain stats and money in the process, but with limited energy that reflects on how the daylight changes. This process will unlock major cutscenes ahead.
18) Will the game be ported on Android/IOS? -After trying multiple times using correct softwares and instructions, with a heavy heart, I must say that I've failed. I've been experimenting on it for months yet with no avail. A pro programmer told me that my plugins (related to rpg mv as an software) is causing it. They suggested that I erase them in order for android to be able to read them perfecftly. Unfortunately, those very plugins are the soul and heart of the game's design. One day, I hope I'll find a solution to this and expand my audience. I truly apologize.
- There are several points that I'd love to highlight more, but I'm currently having a national holiday involving family gatherings. I wish I could express more without spoiling anything about the story/game.
- What hit me the most was your moral support(s). They really touched me in a very deep way. As a dev, they are precious as they are rare.
- A poll will be coming soon with the comic's final chapter!
Thank you for being very sweet people.
-Cheers! 👭
