I commented too soon: Thank you too, Trevor, for speaking about your relationship with anxiety and eating. I really appreciate how in this episode, a chaser is honestly speaking about his struggles with binge eating, and a super chub speaks about struggling to eat due to anxiety. The societal narratives about eating disorders and body size are so inaccurate and incomplete, as well as dangerous. I’m fat (in recovery from an ED) and my husband is straight-sized (actively struggling with an ED) and he gets congratulated by doctors for his compulsive exercise and I get told to lose weight.
