hi, i'm a member too.. have you use WidescreenFixes in here: https://www.mixmods.com.br/2021/05/widescreen-fix-para-gta-sa-corrigir-widescreen/ as the new version is not recommended, explanation in link.. maybe your problem will solved once you download from that link

Tried removing the widescreen, it does get further when I click new game but in the loading screen it just plain white, but the game crashes when the loading bar reach the middle. You can checkout the github , I've updated it with some screenshots

you can use project2dfx to increase the lod distance. its possible to do this while keeping the game fog, just need to config the .ini file
