In the Manga Hisoka just made the guy's arms "disappear", as in his arms were missing and his stumps were bleeding. Not sure why they decided to censor this by turning it into a weird petal illusion thing instead of just removing the blood spurts, weird choice.

Yes, you are crazy. Hisoka is the kinda guy that you stear clear of at all costs. It's amazing that ya know to be wary of Tonpa, but would go up to Hisoka and ask him a question, lol.
