A Year's End
🕑 Added 2022-12-31 14:04:52 +0000 UTCI wanted to close out the year by thanking you all for being here and helping create this world.
This time last year, the idea of doing a Patreon didn't even cross my mind and building a bestiary book was even then just a maybe. So first of all thanks to Jaye (creator of www.patreon.com/stormbunnystudios) who really convinced me this was something worth doing, and Pascal who sculpts the incredible 3D models (creator of www.patreon.com/edgeminiatures) and the guys who are helping me write up the creature stat blocks because whenever I try it turns into a cool looking monster that's boring to fight...and unbalanced as heck.
What's to look forward to for next year?
- I've been using the released creatures and flora/fauna journals to build up a harvesting system to craft, cook and brew items to survive the wilds of Sol'Kesh.
- Publishing a timeline to set the world's history and explain some of the speculative evolution reasoning. Some of the comments on the Curious Archive video helped me realize how necessary that was.
- Breaking down the biomes for exploration
- And always adding pages to the book that will one day release!
So, like every month come back tomorrow for January's creature release, Happy New Years everyone and I can't wait to keep talking to you all on discord, social media, or wherever you can find me to geek out about some beasts.
