Poll and Final Update
🕑 Added 2023-02-24 13:25:19 +0000 UTCHello Everyone!
I just wanted to say thank you to all of the people who have participated in the poll so far, both in the comments and through messages! And, if you haven't yet and would like to express your opinions, I would really encourage you to do so! I really value getting peoples opinions and preferences, and the more responses I get, the easier it is for me to determine the preferences of my audience and the easier it is for me to make creative decisions.
For instance, while the poll numbers are relatively modest, I had no idea that there were as many people interested in seeing a non-humanoid monster as there were! And, I definitely find myself creating a certain "type" of character stylistically. It was good for me to hear that some people would be interested in seeing me aim for a more realistic (or at least aesthetically different), less cartoon-styled woman for the next project. While there is a certain degree of realism that I am unable to, and don't want to, approach, I think I can certainly move a bit more in that direction aesthetically to change things up a little bit.
Some of the requests are things that I won't be able to address in the short term, largely due to my current hardware constraints (things like long hairstyles and certain scenarios), but they give me a good set of goals to aim for in the future!
I'm definitely going to be doing my best to address the poll's preferences when creating characters for the next project, so please add your opinions to that poll if you'd like them considered.
And, as for the update, I'm currently rendering out the last shots of the project! It usually takes me two days to create the sound design, so I'm going to have the project out either at the end of this weekend, or on Monday, depending on where you are in the world. But, I'm doing my best to get it out ASAP.
Thank you all so much for supporting me! I'm excited to get this project out and get moving onto the new project with new characters!
