🕑 Added 2025-07-14 04:42:21 +0000 UTCHey! The ATS Iowa DLC just released, and I didn't want to make you wait until alpha-4 to have it working in TruckSim GPS.
Update 0.3.1 is now ready on Android and iOS for Early Tester and VIP backers.
What's new
Iowa DLC support added for the ATS map
Improved navigation logic and road direction detection. Most cases where the route would take you through wrong-way roads should be fixed (let’s say about 80%)
Known issues
Mods that change city or company names break the suggested route feature, please keep them disabled for now
Navigation may still suggest U-turns or roads going in the wrong direction (though far less often)
The suggested path can look wonky at some complex intersections
Detaching and reattaching cargo can sometimes cause the suggested route to disappear
What's next?
The schedule remains the same: expect version alpha-4 (0.4.0) to be released before the end of July. Features I’d like to include in alpha-4 are:
Map mod support: ATS Expansion and ProMods
Toggle for metric/imperial units (kmh/mph, km/mi, etc)
Fix the remaining cases of routes suggesting wrong-way roads
Custom waypoints: Pick any spot on the map
Adjustable zoom level while navigating
Landscape orientation
