I NEED TO FIX MY SLEEP SCHEDULE!!!
Do you guys have any recommendations on how I can fix my sleep schedule or force myself to fall asleep earlier. I'm horrible at taking care of myself and keep sleeping til 2pm like an IDIOT! I know the benefits and ALWAYS feel better when I sleep earlier, but I can never fall asleep and always scroll on tiktok for hours until my eyes are sleepy... maybe i have an addiction.

If you want to sleep earlier, taking some GABA and melatonin could work. If I ever need to go to sleep early, I take one 500 mg pill of GABA and one 10 mg melatonin, works like a charm. Just don’t take too often

I listen to Sora to help me get to sleep. Maybe try melatonin. Or you can get a therapy light (Carex Day-Light is good), but that would require that you get up at a normal time and then use it.
