Should draining scenes be considered NTR?

In the game I'm looking to have scenes where the player can run across Succubi draining other men, this would be exclusive for scenes where the Succubi are in a dominant position and will likely kill the man in the process.
The question is should I mark those scenes as NTR and thus block them from everyone that has it off? I personally wouldn't count that as NTR but I know people have different ideas there. I could also make a new setting just for that content.

Don't think so...Your doing this whole thing for her despite all the sex...The only way it might be NTR is that you've rescued your gf and now have to escape. Then you lose and your gf is forced to watch as you succumb to another womans touch. Maybe even after that they humilate her showing how easily she can succumb laughing stating it's no wonder he lost so easily with you trying to please him or something along those lines.
