Book Recommendation!!!!!! _A _Higher_Call_ by Adam Makos I have listened to this book 3 times it’s not long through audible and is a great prerequisite for this conversation, it does a great job at very explicitly drawing the lines on what a German is and what a Nazi is, Showing the humanity of both sides and being able to see past the war and a flag to see the value of a human life, following the life of a German fighter pilot Who escorted a crippled B-17 across the border of nazi occupied Germany so that the crew could live. A very enjoyable read with a satisfactory ending, obviously to be put on the back burner until after the hobbit. (btw I’m excited for that episode)
Amazing episode, just so well made and spoken. as we are all Sabaton fans they have a song dedicated to Pilecki Inmate 4859 it's a powerful song. Also they have a sabaton history that delve into the song on there YouTube channel. We all are winged Hussars for NDQ and love to hear Matt and Destins reaction to the song
