A little intermission

Me too, I used to think of genres for my stuff but its fun to keep my more interested in what im doing. Like I'd love to implement Final Smash like attacks to my characters , and what do you know, I can at least implement them in my comic panels

I've always liked coming up with game ideas, none of them ever made it past the idea phase but it's super fun! Something like The Subspace Emissary would be really fun to see!

God I would love to do something fun with my characters in like a fighting game though ideally I would love to make like a Smash Brothers type adventure akin to Subspace with tram based mechanics like yours. Joe would be a fighter, Adeleine teaming up as an AoE/support.

The good old days of RPG maker, that takes me back. I think the True Might gang would also work great on a game like MUGEN, I remember wanting to make characters for that for so long but never did lol

So, today I wanted to try animating some gameplay and have it look as close as I could to a Kirby game and, while I'll never do it, I really liked working on character animations lol This video is getting out of hand, I need to stop adding more, hahaha!

Oh i love me some of that sidescroller goodness. Imaging combo attack between company members with different abilities and the finisher Ultimate of Adeleine and her art powers

I always thought a 2D sidescroller with branching paths and an exp system could be fun! You could swap between each party member at will, even during a combo.
