RW Chapter 43

My husband woke me up as he got up to start preparing more for the apocalypse. I still couldn’t believe it. Not only did he get even more attractive, he saved me from a terrible fate while making love to me so thoroughly I couldn’t walk afterward. I would have been happier if it was just me, but when your husband is such a stud, such a good man, it’s hard for a single woman to tie him down.
On top of that, from what he told us, the normalcy of the world will shift once everyone realizes this is the apocalypse and there is no hope of returning to how things were. I’d rather share a single man than get passed around as a plaything for many men. To be perfectly honest… I don’t think I could handle him by myself. I needed the help. I was able to walk now after we had sex but Luna was the only one who looked unaffected after being fucked by him.
Vicky rolled over before asking. “Did someone get the number of the truck that ran me over?” Vicky had done her best to include me in the decisions the harem made. Right now we didn’t stop anyone from having sex with Danny, but if someone tried to monopolize time with him we’d force her to get in line or get kicked out. Right now, no woman could handle him to herself, but that wasn’t the case in the future.
Ellen was the next to respond. “I feel like an overstuffed cream-filled donut, you know?” Ellen was possibly the most beautiful out of all the girls. At least she had the biggest breasts besides me and Lissa and they didn’t have stretch marks, she had a perfect body I was jealous of. She knew Danny the shortest now and owed her life to him but they had an instantaneous connection. I guess every female who met Danny had that connection.
Jade was halfway hanging off the bed, she showed up late last night when most of us were done so she got the full brunt of him by herself with only some help from Luna. I passed out to see how that ended but if her exhausted body was an indicator she was fucked even more thoroughly than the rest of us. “He’s a bull. A breeding bull in a china shop and we’re the fine china.”
Lissa doesn’t let the moment sit. The second Jade stopped talking she announced. “My pussy itches. One of you bitches got the clap?” Vicky smiled as she saw a comrade in her as she responded. “Probably microtears from friction. He was rag-dolling you around more than the rest of us.” She laughed a horse laugh that didn’t sound like me.
Lissa was supposed to be me from ten years in the future timeline but I didn’t see it. She was just… Too perfect. Her breasts were big, even bigger than Ellen’s but because she was me I didn’t include her in the competition because those are technically my breasts… So how did she get rid of the stretch marks? Would I be able to get rid of mine?
I had only gone into the zombie form once so far and besides an immediate sense of detachment from my emotions I didn’t notice anything else changing. If my scars healed at all from gaining the power then I hadn’t noticed, it was small enough to be indistinguishable from before. I must gain some type of regeneration in the future but who knew how long that would take.
I was worried, afraid I was going to be left behind by the version that was better than me in every way… She was probably more rusty than me at League of Legends but being a challenger doesn’t mean anything in the apocalypse. It kind of makes all the hours I wasted climbing the ladder feel even more pointless. I still missed not playing but I didn’t like playing bots and the internet was currently still down.
It wouldn’t come back for months and by then most people around the world would have been affected by the asteroid. Any online gaming was effectively dead, I decided to just rip the bandaid off all at once and quit games cold turkey because of that but now I had all this free time I didn’t know what to do with. I couldn’t go out like Danny and save people, I would be like a chicken with its head cut off flailing around and accomplishing nothing.
The truth was, it was best for me to just stay in the mansion and help my mom clean. Every single day we had to wash the sheets and bed lining because it would be soaked through. Every day more messes were being made and while it was still easy every single day things got more arduous to do. Every day my time would be taken up more and more as I also had to feed the animals and check on the few people who got moved in.
We needed to start preparing the shipping containers Vicky had purchased that were full of supplies for the habitation of other people. Right now the people living in the mansion were fine but soon there would just be too many for us to live comfortably here anymore. My mother's cleaning power was slow right now but Danny said it would speed up as her rank rose. We had enough to get most people to rank two but he wanted us to get accustomed to our powers before he let us get stronger.
“Can someone roll me to the bathroom? I got to piss and can’t walk just yet.” Vicky was still getting accustomed to our husband's size. It was weird to say even in my mind, our husband. I think I was the only person who viewed us as husband and wife though. They all see us as boyfriend and girlfriends… I knew my view on our relationship would be the one to outlast the other.
The second this wave is over and there are people at the gates of this community they’d view this as what it really was. All of us women were clinging to the leg of the strongest man we could get a hold of and he was so powerful I doubted ten would be enough for him to be satisfied… We needed to get stronger so the number didn’t just keep going up and up. For the first time ever some of the girls heard my voice.
“We need to get stronger… If we end up like this every single night then he’ll keep looking for more girls to bring home.” Lissa began to cackle maniacally at what I said. “I never thought I’d team up with a bunch of bitches to keep a man to ourselves. Fine, we’ll start working out after you base humans recover.”
We sat in silence recuperating before Luna finally got up and stretched. “I’m going to get a bucket of ice cream. You want me to bring back some spoons for all of you?” We had a bunch of affirmations as she left and came back ten minutes later, half the gallon bucket of ice cream gone already. “Lissa was the first to get a few spoonfuls. “Pass it around. You’ll need the calories for our workout.”
I had never in my life thought I’d start working out so I could last longer during sex. Swapping to zombie mode I felt the pain in my legs start to fade as I breathed a sigh of relief. “None of that. You can’t get stronger in that zombie form, your growth is halted during it. You have to increase your base strength to be stronger in your zombie form.” She chuckled to herself. “That’s something you’d learn in about a year if our husband didn’t save your dumb ass.” Even with the insult I couldn’t help but smile. At least that version of myself also viewed him as our husband.
