IM/DC Bonus Chapter 12
🕑 Added 2025-01-03 14:28:08 +0000 UTCWhat the actual fuck! I fix one thing then go back to check and a different fucking apocalypse happened. I kill Darkseid then Brainiac takes over the planet, kill Darkseid and Brainiac then the galactic war that started from Darkseid’s death ramps up and includes the planet, I kill them and then the planet is killed by Trigon. I just gave up.
Teleporting a decade further into the past, I injected Batman with the USS and gave him a list of everything that happened for him to deal with. If the planet is still destroyed after everything then it’s on him. The girls were pretty pissed at me. The process of going back in time gave some people extreme motion sickness. Not only were they pregnant and already throwing up but also extremely sick from me constantly shifting back and forth in the timeline. Even now the universe was close to collapsing, if the Flash went back in time and did some of his normal time shenanigans it would result in the universe collapsing.
If it did, the universe wouldn’t have nearly the same effect on other universes now. Imagine the difference between an engine exploding or running out of gas. It can still cause damage, but it isn’t going to be nearly as destructive. I decided to drop all of them off except Dinah Queen. We had sex but in my opinion, she wasn’t over the death of her husband like the others yet.
All of them did love their husbands but in a universe where everything goes wrong, they might have been more rocky than the Batman vs Superman universe. That’s what Injustice boiled down to really, you could say Superman was evil but he really wasn’t. He was upset at the death of a loved one and wanted to put laws in place to make what the Joker did harder for any other villain.
While you could say Batman was more in the right his stubbornness to not allow any changes got most of his family killed and his own, flesh and blood, son Damien on the other person’s side. Well… It’s someone else's problem now, good luck Bruce. I looked at the universes I wanted to visit and decided on a lowkey one so I could get closer to Dinah and make her more in love with me and less in love with her dead husband. We were going to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Peter Quill’s Point of View
I sat in the hospital listening to my walkman. My grandpa pulled my headphones off as he told me my mother wanted to tell me something. I couldn’t move, my emotions kept getting the best of me as my relative led me by my shoulders into the room. I couldn’t look at her, I couldn’t see the kind caring woman who took care of me all my life as the sick person laying in that bed. It took all my willpower to not start crying as she just kept getting sicker and sicker.
She asked me to hold her hand and I didn’t then the machines started to beep and they pushed me out of the room. As I stood there waiting for something to happen, for someone to come and save my momma from such an unfair death, someone did. A man and woman walked past me and into the room. I couldn’t help but follow them inside as the man put his hands on either side of my momma’s face and the next second she was better.
Not just a little better. Her hair rapidly grew back as she sat up from her bed and looked around the room. She had never cussed in front of me before but I guess thinking you died only to be brought back to life freed her from her restraints. “What the fuck just happened?” The man had let go of her face as she sprang back to life. With a smug smirk that made me irritated for some reason he spoke. “Well, you just met a real angel.”

Rocket Raccoon’s Point of View
We had to escape. They were going to kill us all in the morning so we had to escape. Lila turned to me after I got the keycard to work. “It’s good to ha-.” I heard the gunshot. He talked but I couldn’t hear him over the sound of myself crying. I heard another gunshot before a hand entered my vision and touched Lila. I could tell she was dying but as the hand touched her everything changed. Her false hands were replaced with real flesh as the bullet pushed itself out of her body.
Men came around the corner and fired at us and the expected death didn’t happen. I ran over grabbed the gun lying on the floor and fired on them. Looking around again half expecting to see all of my friends dead, they aren’t though. I couldn’t help but ask. “Who are you?” The man smiled before he said. “A friend you didn’t know you had.”

Captain America’s Point of View
I couldn’t believe it until I saw it. They said I was stuck on that ice for decades, but until I saw Peggy I couldn’t believe it. I walked into the room. I was told that only Peggy would be inside but as I walked in I saw two other people standing over her talking to her as I entered. It was her, even at her age she was still beautiful, but it meant that everything Fury said was true.
I had a hard talk with her as she forgot who I was. Just as I was about the leave the man spoke up. “Hey, wait just a minute and you’ll be happy you stuck around.” He put his hand on Peggy and I watched as she slowly regressed in age. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing as what he was doing didn’t make sense in my mind. The foggy vision she had changed back into the steely resolve I remembered, except perhaps faded slightly over time.
She looked at the man as well and asked. “Who are you? What did you do to me?” A magical portal appeared behind the man and woman as he responded. “Any chance I can get to give people I think are real heroes a happy ending I’ll take.” They walked through the portal as Peggy jumped up in an attempt to stop them but she was still hooked up to the machines that were keeping her previously frail body alive.

Third-Person Point of View
Thanos had won. He had slowly gathered the infinity stones through hard battles as he took down the biggest threats to his plan. The Asgardian he didn’t kill put his axe into his chest, but it was already too late. Thanos couldn’t help but mock him as went to snap his fingers. “You should have gone for the head.” Clink The snapped fingers do nothing.
He felt no pull on his power as Thor pulled his weapon back before fading out of existence revealing a gigantic crowd of everyone he thought he killed. Thanos just stood there confused as a man he had never seen before started to taunt him. “You really thought you won? I let you have your fights but when it came to killing people, I let you see what you wanted to see. You didn’t toss your daughter off that cliff, you tossed Ebony Maw. Loki whose life you ruined with your plans is over there alive and well. I just wanted you to know that I was the one who defeated you… Because I am inevitable.”
The man snapped his fingers as Thanos's body turned to dust. He turned around rubbing his belly as he looked at the crowd. “Man, I’m hungry. I could really go for some shawarma right about now.”
