IM/DC Chapter 237
🕑 Added 2024-12-05 14:34:07 +0000 UTCThe forces of Apokolips had been heavily depleted. They once ruled over a sixteenth of the known universe, but with the death of Darkseid, they kept losing more and more ground. The moment Darkseid’s death was known almost every single enslaved planet began to rebel. The forces fought back in an attempt to quell the discord the enslaved planets caused but they lost almost forty percent of the territory in just a single year.
Since then it’s only been downhill. The leader became Darkseid’s son Kalibak but he didn’t have the same qualities of leadership that Darkseid had. Kalibak would often grow enraged when his slaves couldn’t do what he wanted fast enough which led to him killing many of them. A slave would only be able to talk to Darkseid if he was extremely skilled, and it was necessary to do so because the information couldn’t be explained by anyone else. The same method was no longer used because Kalibak killed too many slaves that were important to their armies.
They had another wave of desertion by the armies with many of their ships on the border of their territories just leaving to find better luck elsewhere. Every loss was another blow into the slowly dying Empire that Darkseid had built. The eleven Furies became eight, then four as more left or were killed. Granny Goodness and Desaad fought for the hand guiding the brute with her coming out on top, it also meant the person who ran the day-to-day management of Darkseid’s forces was dead.
The final death blow to their group was when Steppenwolf poisoned Kalibak and stole twenty percent of their fleet. Now they were only focused on stopping the bleeding of their dead empire. All of them knew that without Darkseid it was only a matter of time before they collapsed, but even still they stuck around and tried to stop the revolts. Shrinking the sectors they controlled down to ten percent of their original size was their last hope.
Slowly they took the reins of Darkseid’s army and were making their way back to being a galactic threat… Until the Justice League showed up. The Justice League began ‘freeing’ the planets they already gave up on protecting. The forces slamming against each other and an off-handed comment on how bad they were actually doing was the only reason Granny Goodness and the Furies weren’t captured because they were trying to stabilize what was happening.
When Darkseid ruled, his sectors had only a few million deaths yearly. Since his death, they have been hemorrhaging almost fifty billion deaths in the constant warfare of already conquered planets as they began fighting for resources. Entire galaxies went to war for the resources they felt they deserved and began enslaving other alien races. Darkseid’s army split into over twenty smaller factions including Steppenwolf’s faction.
That’s where I came in. They needed a strong pillar to tie them together otherwise they’d wipe themselves out from infighting. I was strong enough to take over but that would have been an incredible hassle. So, over the next year, I would finish strengthening my armies and take over this quadrant of the universe first. I tracked down the command ship of their army and noticed they were on a planet quelling the rebellion happening at the moment.
The explosions were visible from space as the planet tried to tear itself apart from the civil war happening. Darkseid still had its loyalists, even years after his death people still thought it was just a test by Darkseid. They waited to see if he would come back after seeing those who rebelled and kill them but year after year it didn’t happen.
I looked at Granny Goodness and the four remaining Furies. Gilotina, Mad Harriet, Stompa, and Speed Queen. Bernadeth and Lashina were some of those who died in the fighting while Big Barda, Giganta, and Knockout were some of those who left after Darkseid’s death. Orion and his mother Tigra also fled after Darkseid’s death with Orion’s mother receiving an almost fatal wound leaving her bedridden.
Granny Goodness had begun absorbing all the divinity Darkseid would have collected and it did wonders for their figures. They all looked better than they did in the comics or shows, the constant fighting putting them in the best shape of their lives. Granny looked to have de-aged quite a bit as well, she still had silvery white hair but it was cut short to not be used against her while fighting.
The group appeared to be completely militarized as they went through the motions of killing those who no longer supported Darkseid on the planet. I let them know I was there to fight them. “Hello ladies, looks like you’re busy at the moment so I won't take much of your time. Stop supporting Darkseid, follow me instead and I’ll make your lives much better than they ever were.”
They didn’t take what I said seriously, which was fair. They were so busy protecting their territory that they hadn’t heard anything happening on the outside of it for a long time. They didn’t know there was a man who could match Darkseid in a fight standing in front of them right now. I only used my strength and speed to beat them. They all began to attack simultaneously, whoever dared interrupt their job quelling rebellions needed to be dealt with.
I played with them, and for the first five minutes, all I did was block and dodge their attacks. Granny Goodness was the only one who hadn’t gotten involved and her eyebrows kept rising and rising as I lasted so long without being struck once soundly. With the foreplay out of the way, I began to fight back. Grabbing Stompa by her foot, I swung her at Mad Harriet like a mace smashing both against each other and flinging them back. The chubbiness of Stompa padding the damage from being too severe for either of them.
Speed Queen might have gotten attacks passed my guard but her blows were the weakest out of the group and they did nothing to me. Even with me only using a tenth of my power the four of them couldn’t hold up. I waited for Speed Queen to overextend before I moved faster than I had in the past five minutes to catch her. Tilting my body for the moment Gilotina attacked, I grabbed her in my other arm and began squeezing the both of them.
Stompa and Mad Harriet recovered and charged towards me. I rapidly spun around like a beyblade and launched the two women in my arms as projectiles knocking them all down again. Piling the women on top of each other I pressed my foot down on them to prove how strong I was. Granny Goodness began to clap at how easily I dispatched her group.
“Good for you. You managed to defeat my Furies with an ease I hadn’t seen since Superman came here. Now, the real question. Why are you really here?” I had two ways to play this from what I seen. I could fuck her with the four other women, make her mine and slowly over years de-age her to someone more beautiful. Or, I could kill her and take over the territory as another source of divinity. Deciding to go all out for someone I was going to kill I let some of my own divinity leak out.
Her eyes went wide again at the strength I could have used against the Furies. She grew ready for a fight, a fight that would never happen as I teleported behind her and ripped her head and spine from her body. I felt the divinity she stole from Darkseid start to fill me as I grew even stronger, soon I’d need to dump even more of my powers otherwise risk the universe being torn apart by my existence again.
The four girls I knocked down only stared in horror at their leader's death. Not just her death, but the ease with which she was dispatched. They were defeated, and the way Darkseid had trained them made them all extremely horny at how easily they were defeated.
