In present times. In a galaxy not so far away. It’s been a thousand years since the fall of the Empire, two thousand since the stories of Anakin and Luke. Time just kept going on, with the box office bomb that was the newest trilogy, Starwars went with a wipe-the-slate-clean method, and as they wanted their characters to interact with the other heroes, a whole new set of Jedi had to be created.
Two thousand years later, the Jedi Order was rebuilt and destroyed dozens of times while the Sith almost always stuck with the two-person system. The only Sith Order to ever be created was destroyed under the weight of constant betrayals or attempted coup d’etat. The master/apprentice style was the only one that worked and if the master didn’t take an apprentice there were clear signs of them losing their powers from being so cowardly.
The Force was a pretty standard set of rules, the Jedi Order had many traps in place to weaken the light side. No sex between members was one such rule, children born from two people with the Force tended to have an easier time becoming force-sensitive. It didn’t mean that they would all be great, but it did mean that they had a more likely chance to become a Jedi.
The Sith were built stronger in smaller numbers while the Jedi would take in far more troops but their backward teaching made them weaker on average than the Sith. A Sith apprentice could fight against a dozen padawans or six Jedi apprentices. They could even compete with the weaker Jedi masters on average. Thus the Jedi apprentice fighting against the Sith apprentice was being pushed back.
She couldn’t believe the brute strength and skill of the Sith. He had already slain her master and was now toying with her, soon she would be killed, and she could see the vast difference in their capabilities. The Togurta stopped using skill and just began to beat his lightsaber against the woman. He pushed down against her, she knew that the moment he pulled away the next strike would finish her before she could recover.
They both heard a man speak with his mouth full. “Don’t mind me. Just eating some popcorn and watching the fight.”
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
They both looked at me in shock as I ate another handful of popcorn. “Proceed with the fighting.” The girl used my momentary distraction to regain her footing, pushing his blade off her. It only got them back to even as the man was one moment away from ending the fight earlier. I watched the female Twi’lek start to lose the fight again as I decided it was time to intervene.
The next moment I deactivated the man’s lightsaber. The sabers clashing led to the Twi’lek cutting through the man the next moment. He looked at her in shock before looking towards me before his body fell into two separate pieces. She looked at me now, and with a knowing smile, she approached me. “Thank you, kind stranger. May I ask, how did you do that? Most lightsabers are protected by the Sith or Jedi Force when they are being held.
I smiled back at her before stating. “I have my secrets, so. What’s going on in this quadrant of the galaxy? I just showed up.” She explained the fight that was taking place between the Sith and the Jedi. The current Sith master was taking more apprentices than normal and it was causing turbulence in the Jedi council. With so many strong enemies the Jedi were being pushed back, they had already lost a dozen Jedi masters to the ploy.
The Sith were being made and dying fast enough that the overall strength of the Sith master wasn’t being depleted. It was a technicality that allowed the Sith to put push above their weight class. The Sith were like the Greed lantern ring. It was far stronger than the Willpower lantern rings because it was solely focused on strengthening a single person.
The dark side gave an incredible boost to the strength and power of everyone who used it while the light side was pickier with who it gave power to. They did away with the midichlorian system as it was idiotic but the force was an entity that could hand out power and worked to balance the light and dark side… I have the dark force but not the light force yet. I’ll have to find a Jedi to stomp before I make my way out of the quadrant.
Did I bother fighting against the Sith? Nah, that seemed like it would take a long time as they could just hide. I could pretend like I wanted to help to get closer to the Jedi… I helped Mirian(the Twi’lek Jedi) gather the remains of her Jedi master as I grabbed the Sith’s lightsaber. Another thing I needed was to get access to the Kyber crystal mines if they had them.
Well, I could tear this lightsaber apart and make them with my matter duplication but that took divinity to do. It would be better if I could just harvest them instead of wasting such a valuable resource of mine. I was thinking that would be another extremely good weapon to give to the galactic defense force I was creating. I had the symbiote mythical animals as the fodder and the infinity ring group, and arming them with a lightsaber that could kill almost everyone in the entire universe would be insanely strong.
Stronger lantern corps with a weapon that could kill almost anything, slap them with the U.S.S. and you got a force that could go toe to toe with anything out in space and come out on top. That plus the symbiote armor and golem armor on top of that and I would have the strongest fighting force in the universe. The symbiotes I was making weren’t part of the Knull symbiotes, it meant I didn’t have to worry about him awaking and taking over all my symbiotes.
I colored them light blue to show the difference between mine and his, it would make our armies fighting easier to track if they ever make a movie out of our fight. Knull was scary when it came to gods, if him and Gorr worked together I might have to worry… Or I would have much earlier along my path, now I doubted even full on gods like Odin or Zeus, only Death could defeat me outright.
That was the thing with gods, they were fine fighting battles they’d win but if they weren’t sure they’d rather scheme behind the scenes and try to weaken me in other ways. I also had plenty of plans to fuck up certain gods if they did want to throw hands. Right now, I just needed to meet with whatever command structure they had for the Jedi, kill one for the powers, and fuck the beautiful ones.
I ask her. “So… Any chance I can head with you to the Jedi temple? I’d like to help in your battle if you don’t mind.”
