Well, that answers the question of whether or not having sex with one of my summons would count. I wiped her down before clothing her again and unsummoning her before I passed out as I felt my nen tank almost run dry. I was pretty sure that she was a fictional character and that coming to our world didn’t affect the story but with the many worlds theory I very well could send her back completely naked and sleeping in the middle of a crowded building where I summoned her from.
I didn’t know how time worked though, she very well could have remained frozen forever until I summoned her again and I could choose to pull her out at any point in her timeline. I could choose to summon sixteen-year-old Bulma from the start of Dragonball or the perpetually thirty-eight-year-old Bulma (because she de-ages herself with the dragon balls) from all of the other sagas.
The memories of me would return no matter which age I summoned her. It meant that they were probably not being pulled from another timeline but being created from my imagination instead but there was still that slight possibility that I was pulling her from the same timeline but the memories she gained were only for this universe.
There is a reason to have sex with women I didn’t summon as it would strengthen them. I also wanted to have a family at some point in my life and if I saw a pretty girl I would make my move if the timing was right. I was still young and had my whole life ahead of me, there was still plenty of time for fooling around. I knew as long as I didn’t die like a fool that because I have nen I would never have money problems in the future.
I was already pretty great at sex and with the skill that would improve my abilities in the bedsheets, I would only get better. I went all out for Bulma, like someone who finally caught their crush I wanted to leave a good impression of me. I mean… Teleporting directly after we had sex was probably not a genius move but I had almost run out of nen by then.
I needed to sleep, at this point, it would take days to regenerate the missing life force unless I slept, and then it would regenerate completely. Sexual prowess was also my slowest leveling skill so far. I had sex for hours and had only reached sixteen. I think it had to do with my partner's pleasure and perhaps summoned partners gave less, or I could only gain so much experience with a single partner.
I got a full night's sleep as Jake had reformed overnight. I walked down for breakfast and as I started eating I had a strange feeling in my gut. Something was off and I thought it could have been one of my nen breakthrough ability. I looked at the bodyguards as I looked at the ones who’ve been here for longer I didn’t feel anything, if anything I feel the feeling lessen as I look at them. Until my eyes meet one of the newest guards.
The moment our eyes met he looked away and gulped. I could tell he was up to no good as my stomach twisted even more. I looked at the remaining bodyguards as anyone hired in the past two years was setting off my gut. I think it was danger sense. My gut was warning me not to trust the new hires, that they were possibly up to something and I think I knew what it was.
As my mother and father came down I asked them with a mouthful of eggs. “So… How’s that business deal with the rival mafia gang going? I know the last thing that was happening was they were stalling on forming a non-compete treaty so that both groups could recover from the constant fights.” My mother just kept eating the meal she prepared while my father answered. “You know how it is. Everyone wants a big piece of the pie and they’ll try something stupid before they’ll sign it. If they succeed then they’ll be able to push for a better deal.”
I could see the newer members switch as the youngest had given everything away that I was right on the head. The main question was… Did my father know? He was smart enough to not fall for the obvious trap of hiring enemies but… For the last few years, he has been more desperate to find a cure for me. It could have left him open to outside threats as he was less hands-off in the business.
I couldn’t take the risk that he didn’t know and just by asking that question already put the younger guards on high alertness. I summoned two guns out of my inventory and fired six bullets from each gun as I put two in each of the six planted bodyguards. Our real bodyguards all pulled their guns out at my action as they pointed them at the exits of the room. More guards kept running in and as they fired at the newer ones and the older ones came in to help protect us, I knew he already knew.
He sighed as he spoke. “Well, I guess we’re pushing through the double-double cross earlier than I wanted.” He clicked a button on his watch as he spoke. “Kill the Ramano family members.” I could hear his order reverberate through the watches on all the remaining guards as I now noticed that the older ones had the watches while the newer ones didn’t. Gunshots rang out from around the building as the enemies were taken care of. Jake had reformed into a looney tunes version of Bugs Bunny dressed as Rambo. He was thankfully quiet in these more intense fights.
Even my mother was used to the sight of dead bodies as my father had exposed her to the process just in case the worst happened so she wouldn’t be left a defenseless mess. If my father was killed my mother could lead the family so that the bodyguards would stick around and we wouldn’t be left sitting ducks. It killed her innocence but she needed to be strong and was the one who asked to be included as she couldn’t protect me if she stayed blind to what my father did.
My mother had ordered the deaths of some men and handled some of the businesses that didn’t want to pay protection money. She had never outright killed someone but definitely had blood on her hands. So as she pulled out a tiny snubnose revolver I mentioned. “We should go shooting one of these days. Just listening to me will help your aim improve Mom.”
She gave me a soft smile as she pointed her revolver at the door. We kept hearing people speak through my father's watch. “East wing clear… West wing clear… North wing clear but we have two casualties…” The south wing didn’t give the signal and I heard an explosion come from the front of the house. “Black family members. Come out with your hands up and we’ll give you quick deaths. If you don’t then we can’t say what will happen.” With the raspy screaming voice, a second went by before the outside rang with gunfire as dozens of mafia members fired on our building.
