NRaO Chapter 18
🕑 Added 2024-05-03 23:27:50 +0000 UTCTwo years went by and it was time for me to return to the village. I took my concubines with me, of course. I could have grown faster if I unsummoned some of my clones spread throughout the world but each was in a key position learning more about each village in case the worst came to pass. If I needed to flee the hidden leaf village I wanted to know my options beforehand and stealing their information while spying also suited my style.
My mother was the only one staying back. There still needed to be a snake sage. Walking through the Konoha entrance brought me a great feeling of nostalgia. The air just smelled better here, more familiar. We made our way back to my future clan compound. I had a clone working around the clock to buy up land and the Senju clan had been selling a few of their homes every year. I managed to snag a cluster in a corner and walled them off.
One of the last things Hashirama did was to disband the Senju clan and spread throughout the village. More than half of the houses were still occupied but as many married into different families and clans they would move out of the Senju compound. Incorporating the Senju clan into the village made the village connections that much stronger. We settled in with each of my concubines choosing a house and Manda moving into mine. She would warm my bed until my wife came back.
I must have been the first to make it home because I wasn’t bothered that day. Waking up early I resumed my previous life as if no time had passed. Soon I was checking in with Duy on how the taijutsu group was doing and it was going well. He had a child on his head and another kid hanging off his arm. I could only smirk. “That makes how many little ones?”
He gave me a big smile. “This is the third.” He turned around to see the oldest little girl hanging off his back. Might Duy might be on his way to making his own clan as well. Only twenty to go. All had the signature bushy eyebrows. His wife must really love him. I mean, he was a fairly well respected ninja of the village leading one of the specialist groups. What was not to love?
It was nice to just explore the changes around the village. Most things stayed the same but there were several buildings in the midst of being constructed while several others were being torn down. They were expanding the bath house and constructing an area for the chunin exams. Many young children ran around, a sudden boom from people coming back from the war.
It was nice. I ordered candy and handed out some fresh to the children. Having spent a good portion of the day just re-exploring the village I went to visit Hiruzen and tell him I’ve returned. He puffed a long pipe as he looked up from the paperwork he was doing. “Oh. I just got word from Jiraiya that he will be returning later this evening.” That did change things. I knew if he returned he would immediately go and snatch up all the best shinobi for his team. Thankfully I had already done my research on who I wanted to form a squad with. Hiruzen looked over my list and his eyebrows raised. “Oh, are you sure about this?”
I could barely contain my evil laughter as I told him. “I’m sure. Make sure Jiraiya knows who I’ve selected before he chooses. I won't let him steal any of my choices though. The old man closed his eyes and tried to hide his smile. He didn’t know that the team he would lead would have this strong of a rivalry years after it disbanded. It was good though, Hiruzen could see the improvements Orochi made just trying to stay ahead of Jiraiya.
I decided to go and wait at the entrance. I handed out the rest of the candy as I went to any children I saw. Sitting atop the gate when I saw two people I recognized. I should say barely recognized. Tsunade and Junko were walking together, each with two children in their arms. I jumped down and went to greet them. As I got closer I froze as I noticed something… Both of them had grown gigantic breasts. I guess my open mouthed stare let them know I finally noticed as Tsunade smirked at me. “Hmph. You like?”
Even still I was stunned by their sudden size increase. It was as if they had both gone through another growth spurt. Tsunade’s breasts were at least J possibly even K and Junko had DD’s. On her petite frame they looked just as large as Tsunade’s. I took one of the babies from each of them and looked them over. Silver hair and dark black. “Who are these two little ones?”
Tsunade spoke first. “That little man right there is Tobi.” I understood right away. “Ahh, like Tobirama because of the hair color. That would make that one you’re still holding Hashi then?” She had a brilliant smile on her face. “Good guess.” Junko leaned against me and for a moment I thought she might not speak before she said. “Haku.”
“Haku then. I bet she’ll grow up to be a beauty just like her mother.” Tsunade chuckled. “I hope not. Haku is a boy.” I walked in silence for a moment. “I meant handsome like his father…” At that point Tsunade burst out laughing. Hashi giggled along with her. I asked Junko the final question. “Then the boy over there. His name is?” It was hard to hear Junko’s response over Tsunade’s laughter. “Kahu… She’s a girl.”
I stop mid stride for a moment before continuing. “And I bet she’ll grow up to be a beauty just like her mother.” At this point Tsunade had to quit walking so she could focus solely on laughing. She wiped tears out of her eyes before she calmed down. Trading babies with both mothers I held my son named after the first Hokage and blue haired daughter.
My son immediately shit his diaper. “Let’s hurry home.” I had no problems changing diapers but why would I if we had four separate wet nurses to take care of it. We started to settle down and I introduced the two to my new concubines. They warily greeted each other, all holding children as well. I already had twelve children. With my two wives(if I could convince Tsunade) and four concubines we still needed another seven members of our family before we could register as a small clan inside the village.
I was two wives and five children away from becoming a clan head. Or one more concubine and six children… Seven more concubines. I needed seven more family members to become a clan. Becoming a small clan was the first step but the difference between clanless and in a small clan was fairly noticeable. As the clan head I would get a rather large tax right off for my businesses. The money was enough, it would make a huge difference over time.
It was nice to just sit and bond with my new family. I had already spoiled the children from my concubines enough. It hurts that I missed the beginning life of four of my children already. I knew that as a shinobi that number would only go up and it still stung. It was hard to retain this soft side with how ruthless you had to be as a shinobi. I knew it was a fast and slippery slope into darkness. One wrong step and I could go down the wrong path. I needed to stay strong for my children.
After another hour of just playing with my children I made my way back to the gate but I was too slow. Once again as I recognized him I had to stop. Standing beside him was an incredibly attractive woman. And each had a child in their hands with another two poking over Jiraiya’s back. He looked miserable and tired as his wife? Probably wife playfully bumps him.
Jiraiya spots me and as if by magic his tiredness drains away. He loudly greets me. “Hey there Orochi. Good to see you after so long.” The wife and even the children lock onto me all at once. As if they could sense I was a predator, all the children began to cry. The mother tossed the babies into the air before pulling out two short swords, the babies coming down landing perfectly in two baby carriers on her back.
The smirk I had instantly disappeared as I raised my hands and flusteredly stated. “What the heck Jiraiya. Did you not think to mention me to your half frog wife? I’m half snake idiot, snakes eat frogs. It’s probably instinct they’re going off of.”
I closed the distance ignoring the mom with blades still pointed at me as I grabbed one of the kids from his hand. “Look! Uncle snake isn’t scary. Uncle snake has-.” I look at their mom. “Are these babies over a year old?” She gives a slight nod as I continue. “Uncle snake has chocolate!” Breaking off a square of chocolate I put it into his mouth and the tears stopped flowing. I breathed out as I was glad I bought more candy on my way to check on him.
