Usually you can just use same size because the formed visor is pretty soft. For thickness it'll depend on how hot you use the vac former. But something between 1mm and 2.5mm should work

Do you account for the thickness of the material when printing? (Like reducing scale to 99% or something like that) What is the thickness of the sheets you recommend?
