Good movie. Hard re-watch. Definitely very different and darker than the other X-Men stuff. I've seen most of the movies over the years, and I'm also confused about how it all fits together. I mostly think of them as separate stories/timelines.

This my favorite of the films. Just so well done and captures the Wolverine so well. This and Legion (TV Series) are the best of the offerings.

This is the first X-Men movie I didn't watch before, and I liked it. I know Logan would not have been a perfect dad. But I kind of hoped he would have had more of a chance to grow as a dad for Laura. Like I said on a previous post I think the last few movies play in an alternate timeline or parallel universe. Since Logan changed the history of the first 3 movies by going back in time. I also saw a video somewhere that if Logan never would have gotten his metal skeleton which was poisoning him, he would have lived way longer and have become even more powerful. But with the Adamantium metal poisoning him his healing had to do double duty so to say.
