"No Sleep Tonight" feat. Rawb - Little Nightmares song
🕑 Added 2024-10-24 12:00:00 +0000 UTCI played the games with my wife and daughters and we reaaaally liked them! I can highly recommend them!
This song was so much fun to make! Not only did my daughters participate directly(I think you can hear them quite clearly ;)), but I did tons of foley recordings and ear candy throughout. Listen closely, there's a lot of details in there :D HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
Credits:
Instrumental, verse 1 & 2 written and performed, production and mix by Josef Falkensköld.
Third verse written and performed by Rawb Lucci.
Lyrics:
Verse1:
Running through twisted halls
I can not seem to recall
Have I been here before
Or is this everything I've ever known?
Monstrous faces all around me
Are they in pain or are they smiling?
Clear your mind, focus on surviving
If they drag me down, I will go down fighting
Chorus:
Stay out of sight
Forget the light
Too late for me
No sleep tonight
Hold your breath,
don't make a sound
You're never safe
they'll be coming 'round
Something behind us, but we can’t wake
Noone to save us, no escape
Verse2:
My memories are cursed
Reliving the nightmares in reverse
Taking me from bad to worse
No guts, just gory, everything hurts
Deformed faces all around me
Can't tell if they're happy or hungry
Just in time for a cook-up
Keep my eyes closed if I wake up
Verse 3:
Wade through the wake of the Maw
Hard to find Escaped from the hunger estate
Just gotta survive - Dangerous obstacles
Petrified, Can’t mask it, Eludin my breath Think a- shhh
Don’t speak Monsters at work in darkness,
Scary creep Sneakin around, Saw a shadow in the shadows, That resembled a child-
Fear's scent, Feel it rising at a slow ascent Get the- Hint,
Our chances are pa-per thin
Get the- Dish, Make a- Wish, Feeding time's at a quarter to Six
Treat me to a meal for waiting, I might leave you a tip…
