Drown With Me (Pyke song)
🕑 Added 2023-03-24 17:06:10 +0000 UTCYOU VOTED - YOU GOT THIS hahah...
Yeah I know...I talked a lot about switching out the lead...and then in the end, I didn't? Well...I tried several different vocalists, but in the end, I just found my own lead blended with the instrumental better. OH WELP.
Sincerely hope you'll like it. I spent so much time on this track, it really is probably the most complex production I've done.

Lyrics:
Born n’ raised on the slaughter docks
Woo–ee-ohm!
Scraping by into blood and guts
Woo–ee-ohm!
Sails and spirits all set high
Woo–ee-ohm!
One fateful day, at Serpent’s Isle
Woo–ee-ohm!
Prove your worth and make the cut
Terror cleaving the azure green
Woo–ee-ohm!
Biggest jaull-fish I’ve ever seen
Woo–ee-ohm!
I dared into the maw of dread
But the captain cut the rope and fled
Alive or dead or in-between
Woo–ee-ohm!
Take the plunge, I bring the hook
I can’t forget, the way you looked
The broken trust, the life you took
I cross the list, it’s like a book
Got this fire, a drive in me
A place for you, below the sea
Blood and salt, the ocean seeks
to take you drown with me
Towering fangs are surrounding me
Woo–ee-ohm!
Breathe in the water, invite the sea
Woo–ee-ohm!
I was played out a sacrifice
But for every crime, they pay the price
I decide what your fate will be
Woo–ee-ohm!
Take the plunge, I bring the hook
I can’t forget, the way you looked
The broken trust, the life you took
I cross the list, it’s like a book
Got this fire, a drive in me
A place for you, below the sea
Blood and salt, the ocean seeks
to take you drown with me
Greed, theft, telling Lies
—
I cross the name
See the, terror, in your, eyes
—
I cross the name
Deep, guile, deeper, cuts
—
I cross the name
Open, heart, spill yer, guts

That...is a good point, I'll see if I can edit in the attachments!

I think that's valid feedback, although the song is already approved for streaming platforms, so it will have to do :,)

just noticed, but where are the mp3s for this and Lavender Blooms to download?

The voice itself is great, but i think you need to put a little more anger into it, not shouty i just think some of the main vocals needs some more venom behind it. love the instrumentals. sincerely a 600k pyke player
