The sweating strat and taking shower with water that is as warm as your body temperature was what she would tell us to do, when we were sick✌️ After looking it up, sweating apparently doesn't speed up the healing process but I'm still doing that when I'm sick.

Story of my life. Sweat is something i djdnt expect. But she mustve been onto something, yesterday i could barely sleep i was sweating it was so hot in my room, and i felt much better than today

Dang, I'm sorry about this, I hope you recover quickly and it's terrible that you don't even get to rest at home! Make sure to wrap yourself in a lot of blankets at night. As gross as this sounds, I always make sure I sweat as much as possible during my sleep to get rid of the sickness faster. Mother's secret technique.
