So if you rewatch ep 2, Noey calls Thi "yay Charunee" just like he also calls him Wanlapa. Charunee is a Thai female name meaning ladylike so yay Charunee means something like a young sweet lady. Noey likes to call Thi by the names of female lead characters and actresses in old Thai movies and Charunee is also one of them. So he basically named the library after what he calls Thi. Everyone is confused because it's a Watphlu gang inside joke.
