The background is made out of a photo I took of some lilacs, btw!
(* I pivoted from the original prompt slightly - I felt a bit uncomfortable when trying to research/find refs for a southern belle costume because of historical associations. Nothing wrong with the request (I know nothing bad was meant by it) but I didn't want to go against my gut feeling. I think this dress design is a good alternative though, and I hope you all agree 💜)
