Library room tour!!!
🕑 Added 2025-05-28 03:47:06 +0000 UTCI just finished a huge stream background project for Cereza! This commission has been in the works since December of last year, and is one of the biggest illustration projects I've ever done aside from the Vtuber models I've made.
Each scene also has some small animations to go with it! This is also the first time I've ever animated something, aside from tinkering around to learn how it works in Clip Studio. The animations may be rather simple but I like how it ties it all together! Now that I've learned a bit about how to do simple animation, I really want to continue making them. :3
Here's a breakdown of each piece:
View #1: The whole library! Includes blank shelves in the center for Cereza to decorate with PNGs. Also made a night version and a rain animation that can be overlaid.
View #2: Desk scene! Includes more intentionally blank shelves. The monitor is a magical lectern and the screen can turn into a magic tome when it's off.
View #3: Zoomed in scene of the windows featuring Dollreza (she's smaller than the usual Cereza, and she also has 4 arms - the extra hand isn't an error!). For use as a "starting soon" and BRB screen. Made a rain animation for this one too, and some movement from the breeze coming through an open window.
I tried to cram in lots of little details and easter eggs so that there's plenty of stuff to stare at. And later on down the line, I'd like to revisit these scenes and make small improvements to it, maybe adding more animations 👀 For now, though, it's done!! I'm really proud of myself for completing this project and for stepping so far out of my comfort zone. I hope you all enjoy it, too!! ✨
