[WIP] Graphics Plugins Big Update

I'm working on the big update of the Graphics plugin. It will be included new UI, new QOL and Graphics features plus updates for some old features too. For example Amplify Bloom and update of SEGI. Stay tuned.

I know this might be a stretch, but are you somehow planning on including a softer shadows feature? It's one of the gripes about HS2, and I was wishing someone could work on it one day,
