Helmet Art
🕑 Added 2022-08-22 02:07:34 +0000 UTCI have a long way to go to catch up to Erik & his trophy helmet collection, but here’s one that I picked up recently. Simple, but pretty cool to think about where it came from.

Did a bit of research, this helmet was worn by a soldier in the battle on 2/25/45. The 9th Army, X111 US Corps.and 84th infantry division made a decisive, offensive attack called Operation Grenade. This successful operation was a major push to the Rhine, pretty cool! I found a lot to read on this.
Was there an update or something? Same thing happened to me…but it seems fixed now..
That’s awesome
. Waiting to hear on more opportunity pieces coming your way!
