Made Another Stop

I really need to actually make it to the Arizona one day. The one time I was passing through a few years ago I got to the park around 230 and it closed at 5. Was still able to tour the WWII Bowfin submarine but missed out on the ferries to the Arizona memorial sadly.
The last time I was at the Memorial, I was ironically on a shuttle boat with a large group of Japanese tourists. It was incredible and emotional to actually be there in person.
By all means go to the Punch Bowl cemetery. It is out of the way but we'll worth the trip.

I was fortunate enough to spend the day there a few years ago. There's a lot to see. Very moving indeed.

Did you do the aviation museam there. They still have bullet holes in the windows from Dec 7th
