I've been using Clip Studio for the majority of my artwork for the last couple of years, mostly because I enjoyed the look and function of their default gouaches. They're super smooth, but have a rough enough edge to add some fun textures and details without having to juggle a hundred different brushes. I also really love the background effect brushes, which I've depended on hugely for cutting down the time to paint a believable background (shoutout to my main girl, Leaves). But recently I've been going through and organizing my old artwork, and it's made me really miss the look and feel of the brushes I used to use in Photoshop.
Now that Clip is rolling out AI stuff (in addition to their mandatory subscription service to access all future updates), now feels like it's a better time than ever to head back over to PS (even though I don't like their walled-garden business model, either).
So! Here's two drawings using Kyle T's brushes (ratty inker and gouaches). They're both of my new dnd character, Ainim. He's an elven Circle of Spores druid-- sort of a freak from being raised by snakes and mushrooms and trees, but a friendly guy nonetheless.
