😎 Best girl instincts are strong here man

Indeed man - having all of that power and strength concentrated into just one guild which still outnumbers all of the Korean S-Ranks even IF they were all “active duty” is sickkkkk.

Bro I'm speechless.. Esil is best girl I'm sorry I love her so much. And god damn THAT PUNCH. THAT WAS PEAK. The hype I'm feeling with every episode is insane...

Yes that is Esil in the opening. One thing I wish they added but didn't was Jin Woo thoughts on sparing Esil. It was because she reminded him of his sister Jinah. FYI the SL leveling novel was around 270 chapters and the manhwa was 200 chapters. To give some perspective this return to the demon castle arc ended on ch 110 of the novel/ch 89 of the manhwa. My guess is this will be 4, maybe 5 seasons total. However there is the sequel (Solo Leveling Ragnarok) which is ongoing and already longer than the original. (300+ novel/ 40 ch manhwa). I hope they adapt Ragnarok because the overall story so far can easily be 10+ seasons. Oh & Esil is in Ragnarok too!

Just to really highlight how crazy the Japan guild is they have 11 s rank hunters in the guild currently. Korea has had 10 S ranks ALL TIME but only 6 are active. Min Byung Gu is a retired S rank healer from episode 1, Hwang Dong Soo left Korea to go to America, Go Gun Hee is retired because of old age, and Eunseok (never says his family name) was the s rank lightning mage who died on jeju from episode 1 who Yoon Ho and Jong In want revenge for.

Don’t worry you aren’t alone. As a community, we absolutely adore Esil and she manages to become best girl within the like 5 chapters she’s introduced. The animation absolutely snapped this episode and a lot of the changes they made made it so much cooler (the lightning cloud attack, Igris cutting off the wyvern head)
