The most insane K-Drama poll ever
🕑 Added 2024-11-27 01:02:20 +0000 UTCHey everyone!
As I said in some recent posts, I'd be putting up a poll to gauge where our watch interests might be at for our next K-Drama! I said I'd include as many of your recommendations as possible, and so here we go!
The poll is multiple choice so I'd love for you to just choose what you'd really enjoy watching with me, and I'll use this as a guide going forward once we have some time after the whirlwind that December will become.
I know we've been pretty starved for dramas over here at points this year, but when I say we're MOVING we are indeed moving on integrating more as I want to watch more but just never give myself the time.
In December we already potentially have coming:
When The Phone Rings
The Trunk
Light Shop
Squid Game S2
So keep an eye out for the watchlist dropping in a few days! This isn't about which dramas will "win" or whatever because I know some are less popular than others for sure. BUT I really want to see where the interest is at more than anything, so just vote for what you like! No strategy or "I'm not voting for a favourite of mine so a slept-on favourite can win!" needed 🤣🥹
We also have a J-Drama (our first?!) which is Alice In Borderland chucked in the mix too, as I'd also like to expand the horizons a bit there as well. If you have any other thoughts, let me know in the comments!
Some recommendations overlapped, some I had to vett just because this is already far too many choices LMAO. Poll will end in a week, so have at it!

ok I can now comment let's do Pinocchio
September
If you are looking for variety, Beneath the Skin is a good one. It appeals to the artist in me and makes you think. A Korean variance would be Face Me but it's ongoing. I will always vote for Tomorrow someone has to react to it.

Tomorrow 😊

I wasn’t expecting Alice in Borderland to be leading the poll since it was a Japanese show in a K-drama list (even though I asked for it 😂) but woah! Alice in Borderland, you’ll always be goated 🙂↕️

Alchemy of Souls, All of Us Are Dead, and Queen of Tears T_T

Ah, I knew there had to be a reason you never saw it! Damn them fr. Idk about you but I always forget things in a couple years, lool maybe if you completely forget all the details later. Maybe. Because shit was good! I’m so picky for dramas and TW and 2521 are some of the only shows that scratch my nostalgic 90s kdrama itch. Glad no one spoiled TW for you!

Duuuude I'd love to but unfortunately some reeeeeeeeaally ass human being decided to spoil it on stream one day when we had a drama conversation. Whole bunch of spoilers from how it ended first to others so I don't think I could watch it and enjoy it RIP :')

“All of us are dead” is getting a Season 2 and “Alice in Borderland” is getting a Season 3~

Lol I’m surprised you listed Alchemy of Souls … As much as I love it, we know it’s a first round cut 😅 But honestly there is several on the list that I haven’t seen and want to. So I’m excited to see which ones win.

Tomorrow's so underrated. The themes are so thought provoking and moving.

Is the 2 taxi drivers on the list a hint or a typo? JKJK I wanted to mention later but if you're feeling a twinkling watermelon size void after that drama is up, TW is actually, unofficially the ultimate spiritual successor to Twenty Five Twenty One! Maybe, if you haven't already considered it, add it to a list?

Taxi Driver on there twiice woops lmao. I use a spreadsheet for these responses anyway too so I'll know how many "individual" votes it has. Or vote for one or both! Idk! Happy voting y'all <3
