โ๏ธ ANIME โ๏ธ
Saturday, Sunday, Monday, we will continue to post more of the Frieren, Solo Leveling and the Apothecary Diaries animes week by week. Read the general announcements at the bottom of this section for more details.
Hunter x Hunter will have another one-off special appearance of 3 episodes on Tuesday the 13th!
Bleach, One Piece and Naruto will all be posted on Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays. Each of these animes will have 5 episodes each week. Read the general announcements at the bottom of this section for more details.
Naruto's last post will be Friday the 2nd of February. From Friday the 9th of February onward, Naruto Shippuden will start over here (still at 5 episodes until stated otherwise).
๐ฃ๏ธ๐ฅ General Anime Announcements ๐ฃ๏ธ๐ฅ
Pre-filming is a goal of mine this month to make sure that it can finally encompass anime too. K-Pop and K-Drama have been successful, but because the sheer volume of anime is much higher, this is a little harder.
Following JJK finishing, MHA will come back onto rotation eventually, but so that I can get ahead on some things, I'll be leaving that out this month.
Following the end of these weekly airing animes too, I'm going to be a lot more selective about which ones I decide to pick up. Will think about choosing only one live airing series to cover unless some big hitters come to play. Nothing to do with the shows currently that we're watching, but the volume of anime we do over here is big and where possible, I'd like to also cover some smaller finished series' as well.
One Piece, Bleach and Naruto will remain at 5 eps per week. For One Piece, we're still about halfway through Dressrosa, and with 5 eps. per week for Bleach, that should also put us at around 348 after fillers. This means we will DEFINITELY be at Thousand Year Blood War by mid-March.
Thousand Year Blood War, once reached, might move at 2-3 episodes a week as I've mentioned wanting to slow on that to not only savour it, but to also avoid catching up too quickly and being sat here sad waiting for the next season ๐คฃ
Naruto Shippuden will continue following base Naruto at 5 eps per week unless specified otherwise.
Hunter x Hunter's special appearance is in part due to the fact I adored the first 3 episodes and really want to see more. It'll be sporadic like this for a bit, but I really want to still share it with you guys.
Future series' on the horizon (not in order, just name dropping ones I'm thinking about):
- Death Note
- Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood
- Avatar: The Last Airbender
- Hunter x Hunter
- Akatsuki no Yona (Yona of the Dawn)
- Demon Slayer S3
- Heavenly Delusion
- Hell's Paradise

๐ K-DRAMA ๐
Business Proposal will be finishing this month, with episodes 10, 11, and 12 being posted on the first Monday of each week starting the 5th.
Twinkling Watermelon will be our new drama, with the first episode airing on the last Monday of February, the 26th.
๐ฃ๏ธ๐ฅ General K-Drama Announcements ๐ฃ๏ธ๐ฅ
For Twinkling Watermelon, this is essentially just the "pilot" test and continuing this drama in future will also be based on how much I like the first episode. Can't wait to share it with you and hopefully continue!

FullMetal Brotherhood is honestly probably one of my favorite animes ever!! I dont often do/think this, but I honestly prefer the dub over the sub

I'm suddenly reflecting on if there's a subconscious reason other than their performance that I find the weeb line of TXT tending to be my bias (meant lovingly towards them if not me ๐ฅฒ)...
MoonRabbit
AHHHH AKATSUKI?? I'm so happy just seeing people talk about it hahaha, even if you don't end up reacting to it, I'd recommend giving it a go sometime for yourself - it's really fun! Gosh, it's been ages since I've seen the anime though. I'm not sure if there were any more seasons since then, bc I only clearly remember the first one. I went on a deep dive into the manga after it as warned by @Daintl above, and followed it for a few years I think, though I stopped at some point - I really want to go back and see where it is if it's finished yet now! As far as I remember, the first season followed the opening of the manga pretty closely, and I had hopes that subsequent seasons wouldn't stray from the story to wrap it up quick... Honestly, if you do like the vibe in the anime, the manga is >>>> 1000% worth reading imo. The plot thickens and the drama angsts and the arcs arc further and the illustration is really great! If anyone else is fangirling or -boying as hard as me at the mere mention pls reply to validate me ๐๐คฃ. (I also just want to WITHOUT SPOILERS hype up the yellow dragon manga arc...)
Daintl
Happy to see you considering Akatsuki no Yona ! Careful with this one though, if you're hooked you're then in for quite a few manga reading sessions X) Good luck with the pre-filming goal !
Hannah
ahhhh so excited for twinkling watermelon! hope that you continue after episode 1 if you enjoy it, such a great show :)
