Look at that belly bounce. Those moobs are so round, you deserve extra servings, not less! If the weather is nice near you, maybe you can take a walk? I'm sure you'll be panting with exertion, carrying around all that weight. But then you can tell your family you exercised. If you work up an appetite, all the better...
