Not much to update you all on...we're still just waiting to see if anything happens to the main channel. I said this on IG yesterday, but PLEASE do not post about this publicly, call or email YouTube, or post about this on reddit or anything like that. I know you all haven't been doing this, but it's possible this will hurt my case rather than help. So thank you in advance :)
VIDEO updates - I am uploading Part 4 of the fetish iceberg to Bitchute as we speak, and over the next few weeks will be uploading all previous Patreon videos to BitChute as well. It's not ideal, I know Bitchute is kind of problematic, but Vimeo has very similar policies to YouTube. Bitchute seems to be the safest in terms of NSFW content.

The appeal was rejected, but we suspect a bot rejected it because it was again late at night on a federal holiday.
I just got off the phone with my management rep (she does not work for YouTube, she works with me on brand deals but she has a lot of connections). She spoke with someone in the industry, and that person said my main channel will PROBABLY/hopefully be ok, since I've never gotten a community strike or anything like that before, and my main channel is "YouTube friendly" and I've posted hundreds of videos without ever getting in trouble before. We are hoping that since the banned channel was private, never monetized, age restricted, etc., they won't punish my main channel with a clean bill of health. However, I will NOT be posting anything on the main channel for about another week at least, in case posting somehow triggers YouTube to start investigating, which tbh we don't really want.
Today I will work on signing up for either Bitchute or Vimeo to re-upload the patreon videos. Again, I should have been doing this to begin with.
IF the worst possible thing does happen - I will be posting all videos on Patreon for you guys instead, and moving to TikTok to short-form content. But again - worst case scenario.

TL;DR - all iceberg and patreon videos will be back up soon, I promise. I'm working on contacting YouTube, and will continue to post on Patreon even god forbid my channel does get taken down.
Thank you all so much for your kind words and encouragement, you're such a lovely community of people and I appreciate you all so much. I wanted to clear up a couple questions I'm getting - ALL PATREON VIDEOS WILL BE BACK UP SOON REGARDLESS OF WHAT HAPPENS TO THE CHANNEL! Including all the iceberg videos as they are. They will be uploaded to Vimeo - a platform that literally allows hate speech and gore, so the videos I make for you guys will be just fine on there. Honestly, I should have been doing that in the first place.
Second - it's a federal holiday here in the states so no one at YouTube is going to look at my appeal tonight. Tomorrow, when everyone's back in the office, someone should be able to look at it. ALSO, I have a management team. This is a company that I work with to get and negotiate brand deals. If my channel disappears, so does 20% of all brand-related-income they get from my channel. So they have a vested interest in helping me out. They also have contacts at YouTube to try and get me reinstated. If the very worst happens and they decide to ban me from the platform entirely, my backup plan will be Patreon. I will spread the word and start posting all videos on Patreon, including my regular videos. I will upload the back catalog as well, and then probably try to build an audience on TikTok. Let's hope it doesn't come to that - as creators bigger than me have done WAY worse things on YouTube (Logan Paul, James Charles, Colleen being a literal predator, Sniperwolf doxxing, etc.) and they are all still thriving and have YouTube channels. So our chances are good, but I'm still preparing for the worst.

I am so annoyed with YouTube. There is straight up CSAM on that hellsite but actual, age restricted content for the purposes of education? Nope. Can't have that. I am so sorry hun.

Oh there's straight up CSAM (CP) on YouTube. They do nothing about it. People have sent it to me. I've reported it, nothing. They literally don't care, but pretend to.

The fact that they’re targeting videos that are unlisted and most people wouldn’t even have access to, and yet there’s probably a bunch of Elsagate content on YouTube Kids that hasn’t been touched.

I just really stupidly thought it was OK since I was age-restricting the videos and not actually showing any clips of adult content. Lesson learned.

We still aren't sure. Still very scared they are going to take down my main channel, because according to their policies, any channel of yours gets banned and you're screwed. But nothing's happened...and some people in similar situations said nothing's happened....so not out of the woods yet. Either way Patreon will still exist and I'll still be making content :) Just exclusively for patreons.

These AI systems are only destroying everything... I do hope a human YouTube worker can handle your case and maybe review it throughoutly. You keet censoring so much on every video (which also takes some time editing) so I hope they see that you never intended on "breaking" their guidelines

This sucks so hard, I'm so sorry. I can't stand the hypocrisy from YouTube. You've worked so hard to get where you are now, I wish they'd at the very least have an actual conversation with you instead of just terminating without a care. We'll be here to support you nonetheless and hope you can find some time to decompress from what is a validly stressful situation. You've been through a lot lately, you deserve some recovery time.
