I also just started the first part and I had the same thought! There are lots of ways that folks can experience voyeurism and exhibitionism in a consensual setting. For example, at some sex clubs they have rooms folks can use and they can choose to leave a window/curtain open for other folks to watch if both parties are interested in that. I also think that sharing content online like photos and videos on appropriate websites can count as a form of exhibitionism.

In general, it's just people liking to watch others or enjoying others watching them. It mostly happens consentually (ie. being in the room with someone and agreeing to watch them masturbate).

I’m deeper down the berg now and wanted to add another few things. I have other “interests” that I feel I share a pretty different perspective on than what you described. First majorly different one of mine is the different types of clothing ones. I definitely have certain ones, but for me it’s not the ravaging their outfit / creating a mess. It’s the *clothing* itself, not really the people in them. I find certain clothing attractive, basically the same way people see a guy dressed in a nice suit and go “wow” but just, next level. I don’t really consider it as much of a fetish as I do a .. very strong attraction / kink although I do tend to call it a fetish, like I say for my “shoe fetish” (thanks to Glamorous by Fergie for giving me that when I was 6) but I have a VERY strong attraction to certain shoes / very much so boots. It’s not “step mom” type either, it’s usually brother x brother, cousin x cousin, sometimes father x son. I never speak of it outside of reading fics because how *weird* it is. regarding the 3rd part when Yandere Simulator was meantioned. Yandere Sim and the developer (Yandere dev) was actually very controversial, because the developer is very very creepy towards Japanese women, like weeabo type shit, it was very fetishizing japanese culture, without actually understanding it. He would constantly add cosmetics in the game rather than finishing the main story when people would donate for him to complete the game. he also overrelied on volunteers. ALSO because of the popularity of the game and how long he was taking (almost a decade now) people would make games very similiar where you get to play as a yandere but yandere dev would always always shut it down, there was this one game dev that he threatened to kill himself if he didn't stop development on the game.

Regarding the smoking one (just catchingup now, love this iceberg!). I currently have a friend in an overseas country who legitimatly started smoking because he wanted to die. The faster, the better. He is considering quitting, and I'm trying to help him get to that point. He still wants to die, but he's working on getting better.
