Paintable Tails!
Included as a separate download are two styles of tails with two different versions each.
NoTexture - Doesn't have it's own texture and takes it from the back of the werewolf body, which means it will have the same paint job as the wolf.
Textured - Has a transparent texture that adopts some of the overall color from the werewolf, which means you can select from the swatches for the closest match and then paint over it to really fine-tune the color.
*Both can be used together without conflict!
These are accessories found in the bracelet section of CAS and remain stationary, as the tails don't have a skeleton to animate. As one of the gurus said, tails clip with a LOT of stuff, sims, doors, chairs, etc., so it's up to you to decide if you're okay with that! :)

Animalistic Werewolf Legs!
One of the biggest criticisms I've seen of the new Werewolves pack is the "uncanny valley" and "Cats: The Musical" look that they seem to have, which can probably be largely attributed to the entirely human legs they have. Well, here are some fully articulated, fully paintable wolf-like legs to save the day!
This is the werewolf bottom mesh that has been spliced with my mod's beast form to give it much more animal characteristics. The texture is taken from the werewolf body, which means they are completely paintable like any other part of the sim! There are some small texture issues like very minor overlapping areas where paint can bleed onto the opposite leg, but this is easily fixable. Also, the claw texture is taken from your sims fingernails, which means they will match their manicure! Some nails use a different texture area, which means they won't perfectly apply to the claws, but most nails work.
I've included an override version, which replaces the nude werewolf leg mesh and will apply to any werewolf going pants-less, and a standalone version if you'd rather pick and choose which werewolves have these legs. They won't conflict with each other, but there's really no point in having both. Installation is just like anything else, just place whichever version you want directly into your mods folder!
Just a forewarning: THESE ARE NOT PERFECT. The mesh is very different from regular sim legs, which means they might clip, the morphs might look a little janky sometimes, and there are a few texture seams, but they turned out much better than I expected.
Enjoy! :)

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks they look like bobcats xD That said, you can pull the faces forward and make them look a bit more wolf-like, for now :D

I am having issues with these tails. The tails take the texture from the clothing, so I can't wear clothing with the tail. I tried painting it by hand, but the colours don't work properly, so I either can't wear clothes in were-form, or I can't have a tail that's anything but a variation of different greys.
Ardled
They are in the bracelet category not the ring one
Intern Waffle
Are these intended to be incompatible with clothes, or is that an accident? The tails take part of their texture from the texture space of shirt sleeves. :(
Sarah Kamar
I put these in my game and Greg has the legs, but my sims does not. And I they don't show up in CAS for either my werewolf or human form. EDIT: Figured it out, if my werewolf is wearing clothes they don't show up.
Rowe
That's what I thought as well, but they're not showing up for me.. :/
Arina Lujāne
I think they're in Rings category
Erianne

Arlin Moya
Yes, perfect idea!
Kuwoo
Ever thought of converting the kalpie and sea witch to hybrid forms of werewolf + mermaid and spellcaster + mermaid?
The Mysterious Stranger
Any chance of adding muzzles or something so they look less like cats?
DANI SIMS TUTORIALS
Always a geniusssss

i would love to make all my werewolves look like the were-human, like the ears and cool beard etc. your mod is just so much more...well more
RevyHime
Is there a way to make the werewolf female (beast side) more feminine because they look more on the masculine side.
Alysen
quick question, I love how you made the toddlers/ kids have werewolf interactions, like scratching the furniture and fighting..etc. can you do that with the pack version? I feel that EA is lacking big time. Your werewolves are 10000 times better :D
Rivka Sajida
Thank youuuuuuu
AnitaSims
This is amazing. This saves the werewolves in the game. I couldn't stand their human legs or their little stump of a tail. Thank you! ❤️💕
Ica de Leon
Ohhh thank you! <3

Idk if it will be possible in the future but how likely is it gonna be possible to have tails applied to all werewolves like withj the legs override? Just wondering
Arlin Moya
So cute and perfect !!
Trey
The thumbnails for the tails don’t show the item very well, but they do have my purple icon with a white “SP” in the upper right corner. If you look under bracelets and look for the purple icon, they should be there. :)

Hello! I can't find the tails in the bracelet section for female frames. :( The animalistic wolf legs work well though!
Weylyn
Well done! With all these extra parts its starting to look like a actual werewolf.
Cynquilla
This was honestly my only complaint about the game; the feet and tails lol.
Chi Stormshot
I've downloaded the tails, but they aren't showing up in the bracelet section when making my wolf. What can I do? EDIT: I had to turn off masc/fem and I found them!
Alysen
OMG! you are awesome!! :D
Montana Thornhart

Alice Winterson
I bet your back hurts from CARRYING sims 4 right now. You rock!
Carol Andrews
Ooooh thank you I feel like I can play them now they looked weird with no tail...
Kereine
Thank you! The werewolves are so much better with proper legs!
Carol Andrews
I need a tail
MickeyB
Thank you for this! Would you happen to have plans to fix their voices to sound the way your werewolves do when they speak?
JinxOokami
I actually used your mod in partnership and it works well for the most part. I just have to sometimes wrestle control back so I don't transform into the POS werewolf in the dlc but I still get all the perks of the dlc. The one major complaint I have using them in tandem is that the eyes bug out on the dlc wolf.
Weylyn
Awesome man, Makes the wolves more beastly
CreatureUnknown
This is amazing! And so fast!! Thank you!
Elizabeth "Mantis" Dial
Bless you. I've been waiting for someone to do this.
