🕑 Added 2023-11-08 11:55:32 +0000 UTCπ₯π₯π Deep within a fiery chasm, where the earth is eternally scarred by seething rage and relentless heat, the Gauntlets of Boiling Rage were forged. This place, hidden beneath layers of molten rock and guarded by the relentless inferno, has been home to countless secrets and powerful creations.
In this relentless forge, a master smith, driven by a fierce spirit and unquenchable fury, harnessed the raw anger of the volcanic heart. With hands steady amidst the chaos of fire and brimstone, the smith channeled the wrath of the earth into these formidable gauntlets. Forged for a warrior whose rage resonates with the core's tumult, the gauntlets pulse with a fiery life force.
Whispers tell of how the gauntlets' twin faces, eternally locked in a silent roar, were born from the sheer intensity of the smith's concentration and the violent spirits of the chasm. These gauntlets are not mere armor but a conduit for the wearer's unbound ferocity, a testament to the unforgiving power of rage turned into defense and retribution. π₯π₯π

Gauntlets of Boiling Rage
Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement by a barbarian)
Crafted from the heart of a volcanic forge, these gauntlets are etched with the visages of two snarling entities, their faces twisted in a permanent scream of anger. When worn, the metal seems almost fluid, with a glow as if holding back a tide of molten rage just beneath the surface.
While raging and attuned to these gauntlets, you may designate one creature that has dealt damage to you as your sworn enemy until your rage ends. You gain a bonus to damage rolls against the chosen target equal to your proficiency bonus, and this bonus damage is fire damage. If the chosen enemy hits you with a melee attack while you are raging, the gauntlets emit a scorching backlash, and that creature takes fire damage equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of 1 damage).
Once you use this ability to designate a sworn enemy, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
