Fata Morgana

If Fata Morgana gets you in their sights, it's over! When they make a frame with their fingers, their target is locked in place, and their shape and size can be manipulated with careful hand movements. This can mean telekinesis, scaling, stretching... a terrifying power, as long as you're out in the open!
A commission for the illustrious Sly!
